Eco Modern Flats

Eco Modern is a contemporary rehabilitation of an early 1970’s 100-unit apartment complex in the heart of Fayetteville. Upon completion of the remodel, it became Arkansas’s first apartment building to be platinum LEED certified. The verdant landscape created by Fulbright played an important part in the certifying process with all-native vegetation, drip irrigation, rainwater catchment system and bio-swale (rain garden) among other sustainable features. Lush, meadow-inspired plantings help create an intimate environment in the complex's outdoor spaces.
